Beneath the surface of freshwater rivers and lakes, beautiful fish called Lake sturgeon make their home. Lake sturgeon are like underwater legends, with armer-like scales and long, pointy noses that help them explore their surroundings. They're ancient fish, as old as the dinosaurs, and that's pretty cool, right?

But here's the thing - Lake sturgeon need our help! Overharvesting and changes to their habitat have made life difficult for them. But guess what? People like you can be fish heroes! By keeping our rivers and lakes clean, planting trees, and learning all about these incredible fish, you can make a difference!

Together, we can be heroes for Lake sturgeon and make sure their story continues for many, many more years to come. How amazing is that?
